IT support is geared towards the needs of the various specialist areas within STRABAG. To this end, we provide a specialised IT team for construction sites, production plants and Group locations. In addition to traditional support, we also offer Service Process Management, in which we manage our processes and service tools such as the knowledge database, ticketing and an ACD solution. As the interface between IT and users at STRABAG, Business Relationship Management is an important success factor in our work.
Our Service Desk in Zagreb is the first point of contact for colleagues with IT enquiries and also offers a good entry point into IT. Numerous colleagues have been given the opportunity here to develop internally and gain a foothold in other areas of IT.
