This is us

As IT Procurement, we bear transnational responsibility for all procurement processes in the IT and communication environment and represent STRABAG vis-à-vis external service providers. We negotiate all IT contracts and use the necessary tools and processes to ensure that our employees, locations and construction sites are equipped with the appropriate hardware and software in a timely manner.

How we work

As a team, we work in partnership - both internally across locations and countries as well as with external manufacturers and suppliers. We also support our colleagues from various Group units with numerous IT projects and their requirements.

Our project portfolio

We conduct all negotiations for IT projects together with our product managers and the departments involved. In doing so, we ensure that the requirements are checked in terms of IT and data protection law and that all compliance and security requirements are taken into account in the contract. The contracts are managed in IT contract management and regularly reviewed using various analyses, reports and license management processes. Based on these contracts, we also guarantee uniform processing from the requirement request to billing. We are also responsible for supplying our locations and construction sites with the latest communication technologies and media technology.
