This is us

As the Single Point of Contact (SPoC), we are at the heart of all our colleagues' concerns at STRABAG. "We" - that is an international community of around 100 employees.

How we work

Our support processes are based on the globally recognized industry standard ITIL.

IT support is geared towards the needs of the various specialist areas within STRABAG. To this end, we provide a specialized IT team for construction sites, production plants and Group locations. In addition to traditional support, we also offer Service Process Management, in which we manage our processes and service tools such as the knowledge database, ticketing and an ACD solution. As the interface between IT and users at STRABAG, Business Relationship Management is an important success factor in our work.

Our Service Desk in Zagreb is the first point of contact for colleagues with IT inquiries and also offers a good entry point into IT. Numerous colleagues have been given the opportunity here to develop internally and gain a foothold in other areas of IT. Career changers can also look forward to going through an internal coaching program and being prepared for the IT business. As a kind of talent factory, the Service Desk Zagreb offers a great opportunity to enter the IT industry and expand your own skills.

We focus primarily on ensuring IT service operations throughout the Group, including all locations and construction sites. In addition to standard processes such as incident management, we are constantly working to optimize our processes in the interests of continuous improvement.
