IT Purchaser m/f/d

You accompany the procurement process right from the start, use your commercial understanding when procuring IT products and act in a cost-optimized manner in the interests of the group. You will also keep in touch with suppliers and internal customers and try to optimize or adapt existing processes in your area of work. We are looking for an employee in the IT purchasing department to reinforce our information technology department!

 After a comprehensive induction phase accompanied by a buddy, you will take on the following tasks step by step:

• Central procurement of IT equipment and services based on group framework agreements
• Management and maintenance of IT contracts and escalation management
• Monitoring and compliance with internal purchasing guidelines and processes
• Carrying out the evaluation of suppliers, market analyzes and product research as well as master data maintenance and article creation
• Active advice and support for internal departments with requirements in the area of IT purchasing (hardware, software, licenses, services)
• Close cooperation with different corporate divisions within the STRABAG Group Supervision and support of the IT branches in the group countries

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a commercial position
• Experience in dealing with customers and/or suppliers
• Independent, responsible and efficient work
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (maybe an other additional language)
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Flexibility as well as the ability to work in a team and high social skills and willingness to perform

Salary starting from 1500 Eur gross/month. The final salary offer will depend on the quality and experiences of the candidate.
